What nobody tells you about living with two Boston terriers

Life with two Bostons is affectionate, funny, noisy, and far more individual than people expect.

Rita and Rue both want a front-row seat to family life, but they do not want exactly the same things. Rita is our cozy supervisor; Rue brings curiosity and comic timing. Learning their separate rhythms has made life together calmer and more rewarding.

Two dogs still need one-on-one time

We make space for individual walks, training moments, and cuddles. That helps each dog build confidence and gives us a clearer sense of what she enjoys or needs.

Routines matter

Predictable meals, rest, potty breaks, and short play sessions help both girls settle. We also provide more than one comfortable resting place so nobody has to compete for the best blanket.

The best part is the companionship

There is always a welcome-home committee, a funny expression, or a warm little body nearby. The extra planning is real, but so is the joy.
